Receipts: 356 Last Week: 1025 Last Year: 983
Compared to last Wednesday, slaughter cows sold steady to 2.00 lower and
slaughter bulls sold steady. Most of the offering went to slaughter. There
was a light supply of bred cows and only a couple cow/calf pairs traded. Cold
temperatures and frozen down gates along with icy, frozen lots reduced the
movement of cattle today. Supply was light and demand light to moderate for
