Receipts: 685 Last Week: 413 Year Ago: 357
Compared to two weeks ago: Slaughter cows sold 1.00 lower,
bulls sold steady. Feeders steers and bulls sold 8.00 to 20.00
lower. Feeder heifers sold 7.00 to 15.00 lower. Demand on feeders
light. Replacement cows and pairs sold mostly steady. Slaughter
cows 10 percent, bulls 1 percent, replacement cows and pairs 4
percent, and feeders 85 percent. The feeder supply included 23
percent steers, 38 percent heifers, and 39 percent bulls. Near 9
percent of the run weighed over 600 lbs.
