SUMMARY OF 1 MISSISSIPPI CATTLE AUCTIONS HELD IN LUCEDALE (1,018) WEDNESDAY,

Receipts:   1,018        Last Week:   1,200      Last Year:  1,139 

   Compared to last Wednesday, slaughter cows and bulls sold steady. 
Feeder steers and heifers sold steady.   
The supply included 7 percent slaughter cows and 5 percent pairs/replacements.  
The feeder supply included 50 percent steers and 50 percent heifers, with 
an estimated 20 percent of the feeder supply weighing over 600 lbs.
