Receipts This Week: 11,784 Last Week: Closed Last Year: 12,519
Compared to the last test two weeks ago: Feeder steers 2.00-5.00
higher. Feeder heifers 2.00-3.00 higher. Steer calves sold 6.00-10.00
higher. Heifer calves 4.00-6.00 higher. Demand very good for all
classes following the two week holiday period. Quality average to many
attractive with several cattle coming off short wheat. Conditions remain
very dry but good chances of rain are in the forecast for midweek.
Supply included 73 percent over 600 lbs; 41 percent heifers.
