Trade was active with good demand, especially on the high quality 
slaughter cows. There was no comparison on slaughter cattle due to 
reporters absence. Slaughter steers and heifers accounted for 27 
percent of the run; slaughter cows 23 percent; slaughter bulls 8 
percent; feeder cattle 42 percent. In the feeder cattle supply, 
feeder steers accounted for 26 percent; feeder heifers 34 percent; 
and feeder bulls 40 percent. Feeder cattle over 600 lbs 51 percent.
