Afternoon National Slaughter Cattle Review as of 2:00 pm Wednesday
Thus far on Wednesday, negotiated cash trade was mostly inactive on very light demand
in all major feeding regions. Not enough sales to establish an adequate market
trend. The last established market was last week. In Texas Panhandle, live sales
sold at 126.00. In Kansas live sales traded from 124.00-125.00. In Nebraska, live
sales sold from 124.00-125.00, dressed sales selling from 194.00-196.00. In
Colorado, live sales traded at 125.00. In the Western Cornbelt, live sales sold from
124.00-125.00, with dressed sales selling from 195.00-196.00.
