Afternoon National Slaughter Cattle Review as of 2:00 pm Monday

Thus far on Monday, negotiated cash trade was mostly inactive in all major 
feeding regions.  Not enough sales to establish a market trend.  The last 
established market was last week.  Last week, in the Texas Panhandle live sales 
sold at 124.00.   In Kansas, live sales sold at 124.00.  The previous week, in 
Nebraska live sales sold from 123.00-124.00.  Dressed sales sold at 197.00, with 
a few at 198.00.  In Colorado, live sales sold from 123.00 to 123.50.  The 
prior week, in the Western Cornbelt, live sales sold from 123.00 to 124.00.  
Dressed sales sold from 196.00 to 198.00.
