Afternoon National Slaughter Cattle Review as of 2:00 pm Monday
On Monday, negotiated cash trade was mostly inactive in all major feeding regions.
Not enough sales to establish a market trend. The last established market was last
week. In the Southern Plains live sales sold at 127.00. In Nebraska, live sales
sold at 127.00, with a few up to 127.50. Dressed sales sold at 202.00, with a few
up to 203.00. Last week in Colorado, live sales sold from 127.00 to 127.50. In the
Western Cornbelt, live sales sold from 127.00-128.00. Dressed sales sold mostly at
202.00.
