Afternoon National Slaughter Cattle Review as of 2:00 pm Monday
Thus far on Monday, negotiated cash trade was mostly in active in all major
feeding
regions. Not enough sales for an adequate market trend. The last established
market
was last week. In the Texas Panhandle, live sales sold from 126.00 to 128.00.
In
Kansas, live sales sold at 126.00. In Nebraska last week, live sales sold from
125.00 to 127.00. Dressed sales traded from 202.00 to 205.00. In Colorado,
live
sales sold from 125.00 to 125.50, with dressed sales selling from 203.00 to
205.00.
Last week in the Western Cornbelt, live sales sold mostly at 125.00, with
instances
up to 128.00. Dressed sales sold from 202.00 to 203.00.
