Afternoon National Slaughter Cattle Review as of 2:00 pm Friday

So far for Friday trading in the Texas Panhandle has been inactive on very light 
demand. No enough sales for an adequate market trend. The last reported market on 
Wednesday saw live sales at 125.00. In Kansas trading has been limited on light 
demand. Compared to Wednesdays last reported market a light test of live sales have 
sold 2.00 lower at 123.00. In the Northern Plains and Iowa-Minnesota for Friday 
trading has been very limited on very light demand. Not enough sales in any region 
for a market trend. Wednesday was the last established market in Northern Plains. In 
Nebraska live sales sold from 123.00-125.00 and dressed sales sold at 198.00. In 
Colorado live sales sold at 123.00. Last week in Iowa-Minnesota saw live sales mostly 
at 125.00 and dressed sales from 202.00-203.00.
