Afternoon National Slaughter Cattle Review as of 2:00 pm Tuesday
Thus far on Tuesday, negotiated cash trade in the Southern Plains and Colorado
has been at a standstill. In Nebraska and the Western Cornbelt trading has been
very limited on very light demand. Not enough sales for an adequate market
trend. The last established market was last week. In the Southern Plains live
sales sold at 125.00. In Nebraska, live sales sold from 125.00 to 126.00.
Dressed sales sold mostly at 202.00. Last week in Colorado, live sales sold at
125.00. In the Western Cornbelt last week, live sales sold from 125.00 to
127.00. Dressed sales sold from 200.00 to 202.00.
