Afternoon National Slaughter Cattle Review as of 2:00 pm Wednesday
Thus far on Wednesday, negotiated cash trade was mostly inactive in all major feeding
regions. Not enough sales for an adequate market trend. The last established market
was last week. In the Southern Plains, live sales sold at 128.00. In Nebraska, live
sales sold at 128.00, with dressed sales selling mostly from 203.00 to 204.00. In
Colorado, live sales sold at 128.00 with a few dressed sales at 202.00. In the
Western Cornbelt, live sales sold from 126.00 to 128.00 with dressed sales mostly at
203.00.
