Afternoon National Slaughter Cattle Review as of 2:00 pm Wednesday

Thus far for Wednesday trading in the Southern Plains and Colorado has been mostly
at a standstill. In Nebraska and Iowa-Minnesota trading has been limited on light
demand. Not enough sales in any feeding region for market trend. In the Southern 
Plains, last week, live sales sold at 127.00. However, a few live sales sold in
the Texas Panhandle on Tuesday at 125.00. In Nebraska on Wednesday a few live and
dressed sales have sold at 125.50 and 198.00, respectively. The last fully reported 
market on Tuesday saw live sales selling from 124.00-125.00. Last week dressed sales
sold at 201.00. In Colorado the last reported market saw live sales at 125.00. In
Iowa-Minnesota the last fully established market was last week with live sales from
124.00-125.00 and dressed sales at 200.00.
