Afternoon National Slaughter Cattle Review as of 2:00 pm Thursday

Thus far on Thursday, negotiated cash trade is at a standstill in the Southern and 
Northern Plains. Trading in the Western Cornbelt is limited on light demand. Not 
enough sales in any region for an adequate market trend. The last established market 
was last week. In the Southern Plains, live sales sold at 126.00.  In Nebraska, live 
sales sold from 126.00-127.00 with dressed sales from 200.00-202.00. Last week in 
Colorado, live sales sold at 127.00. In the Western Cornbelt, live sales sold from 
125.00-126.00 on a light test. Dressed sales sold from 197.00-202.00.
