Morning National Slaughter Cattle Review for Wednesday, 10/10/12
On Wednesday in the Southern Plains and Colorado negotiated cash trading was at
a standstill. In Nebraska and Iowa/Minnesota trading was mostly inactive with
very light demand. Not enough sales for a market trend in any major feeding region.
Last week in the Southern and Northern Plains live sales sold at 124.00. Dressed
sales in Nebraska sold at 190.00. In the Western Cornbelt live sales sold from
120.00-123.00 and with dressed sales at 190.00.
