Morning National Slaughter Cattle Review for Tuesday, 1/15/2013
Tuesday trading in the Southern and Northern Plains was at a standstill. In the
Western Cornbelt trading was inactive with very light demand. Not enough sales
for a market trend. Last week live sales sold from 126.00-128.00in the Texas
Panhandle. In Kansas live sales sold at 126.00. In Nebraska live sales sold from
125.00-127.00 and dressed sales sold from 202.00-205.00. In Colorado live sales
sold from 125.00-125.50 and dressed sales sold from 203.00-205.00. In the Western
Cornbelt live sales sold mostly at 125.00 and dressed sales sold from 202.00-203.00.
