Morning National Slaughter Cattle Review for Friday, 2/1/13

Friday in the Southern Plains and Colorado trading was limited with light demand.
Compared to Wednesdays last reported market live sales sold at 125.00 in these
regions. In Nebraska, on Friday, trading and demand were moderate. Compared to
last week live sales sold 2.00 to 3.00 higher from 125.00 to 126.00. Dressed sales
sold 2.00 to 4.00 higher from 200.00 to mostly 202.00. In the Western Cornbelt
trading was slow to moderate on moderate demand. Compared to last week live sales
sold 2.00 to 3.00 higher from 125.00 to 127.00. Dressed sales sold 2.00 higher 
from 200.00 to 202.00.
