Morning National Slaughter Cattle Review for Thursday, 3/21/13

On Thursday trading in the Texas Panhandle was slow on light demand. Thus far for 
the week live sales have sold 2.00 to 3.00 lower from 124.00 to mostly 125.00 when
compared to last week. In Kansas, Northern Plains and Western Cornbelt trading has 
been mostly inactive on light demand on Thursday. Not enough sales for a market 
trend. In Kansas last week live sales sold at 127.00. In Nebraska and Colorado the 
last reported live sales market was on Wednesday. In Nebraska live sales sold from 
124.00 to 125.50. In Colorado live sales sold at 125.00. Last week in Nebraska 
dressed sales sold at 201.00. In the Western Cornbelt, last week, live sales sold 
from 124.00-125.00 and dressed sales sold 200.00.
