Morning National Slaughter Cattle Review for Thursday, 6/27/13

On Thursday negotiated cash trade was mostly inactive on light demand in the Southern 
and Northern Plains with limited trade on light demand in the Western Cornbelt. Not 
enough sales in any feeding region for an adequate market test. The latest 
established market in the Southern Plain was two weeks ago with live sales at 120.00. 
Last week in Nebraska, live sales traded from 120.50-121.50 with dressed sales at 
194.00. Two weeks ago in Colorado, live sales traded at 121.00. In the Western 
Cornbelt last week, live sales traded from 121.00-122.00 with dressed sales from 
192.00-194.00.
