   Compared to last week:  Feeder steers and heifers sold 2.00-6.00 lower. Trade 
activity and demand were moderate to good.  The CME board has been taking hits 
this week and today nearby live cattle closed down 1.92 and nearby feeder cattle 
closed down 2.67.  Offering included several loads of yearling steers weighing 
700-850 lbs.  Slaughter cows and bulls were mostly steady on a light test.  
Slaughter cows and bulls made up 3 percent, 0 percent replacements and 97 
percent feeders.  Feeder supply consisted of 68 percent steers and bulls, 32 
percent heifers.  Approximately 86 percent of the run weighed over 600 lbs.
