Compared to two weeks ago, slaughter steers and heifers, slaughter 
cows and bulls traded mostly steady. Slaughter Holstein steers were 
lightly tested. Trade was active and demand good. Slaughter steers 
and heifers accounted for 81 percent of the run; slaughter Holstein 
steers 2 percent; slaughter cows 14 percent; and slaughter bulls 3 
percent.
