Retail Pork: Bacon Continues Upward Trend

Bacon prices climbed $0.19 to $4.77 per pound, setting a new yearly high for the sixth consecutive month. Pork chop prices fell $0.036 to $3.30 per pound, which is $0.09 above this year's average. Pork chop prices are $0.036 under this year's high, which was set in September. Ham prices increased by $0.05 to $2.56 per pound, which set a new yearly high for the sixth consecutive month.
