Steer Prices By U.S. & State

United States steer prices increased by $3.00 to $104.00 per cwt, setting a new 27 month high. Arkansas and Kentucky posted the largest increases as prices moved $7.00 to $109.00 and $106.00 per cwt. respectively. Steer prices in Ohio post the smallest increase as prices improved by $1.20 to $96.00 per cwt. Texas steer prices climbed $4.20 to $103.00 which also set a new 10 month high.
