Illinois Grain Prices in Country Elevators

This is Monday's report of the grain prices and trends prepared by the 
USDA and the Illinois Department of Agriculture.
  
Illinois country grain prices were mixed on Monday. Long liquidation
of contracts on the Board of Trade and uncertainty in the soybean
markets before the release of the monthly USDA Supply and Demand report,
kept markets mixed at the close.

In Northern and Western Illinois country grain dealers quoted shelled 
corn bids 3 to 7 cents lower at 7.06-7.30. Soybean bids were 2 to 5 
cents higher at 14.38-14.57.
 
In Central Illinois country grain dealers quoted shelled corn bids were 
5 to 8 cents lower at 7.23-7.38. Soybean bids were mostly 2 to 4 cents 
higher at 14.58-14.74. 

In the Southern part of the state, shelled corn bids were 5 to 7 cents 
lower at 7.01-7.50. Soybean bids were 3 to 6 cents higher at 14.74-
14.93. Wheat bids were 10 to 14 cents lower at 8.16-8.39.

Elevators after 2.00 p.m. today are listed below in dollars per bushel:
