South Carolina closing cash grain bids as of 3:00 P.M. Prices delivered
to country elevators or processors. New crop bids noted with (*).
US 2 Yellow Corn was mixed; 42 cents lower to 45 cents higher.
US 1 Yellow Soybeans were 12 to 89 cents lower.
US 2 Red Wheat was mixed; 42 cents lower to 3 cents higher.
New Crop Yellow Corn was mixed; 2 cents lower to 1 cent higher.
New Crop Yellow Soybeans were 13 to 14 cents lower.
New Crop US 2 Soft Wheat was steady to 20 cents higher.
CORN: Country Elevators---6.65 and *5.04 at Kingstree; *4.94 at Lynchburg;
6.80 and *5.35 at Estill; Processors---No Bid at Orangeburg 1; 6.40 at
Orangeburg 2; 7.20 at Monetta; 7.45 and *5.58 at Sumter; 7.15 and *5.58 at
Cassett.
SOYBEANS: Country Elevators---No Bid at Anderson; 14.63 and *13.03 at Kingstree;
*12.78 at Lynchburg; No Bid at Orangeburg 2; 15.54 and *13.34 at Estill;
Processors---15.01 and *13.58 at Kershaw; Export---No Bid at Vance.
WHEAT: Country Elevators---*6.20 at Anderson; 5.95 and *6.20 at Kingstree; *5.62 at
