South Carolina closing cash grain bids as of 3:00 P.M. Prices delivered
to country elevators or processors. New crop bids noted with (*).
US 2 Yellow Corn was 23 cents higher.
US 1 Yellow Soybeans were mostly 9 cents higher, one location 28 higher.
US 2 Red Wheat was mostly 23 to 30 cents higher.
New Crop Yellow Corn was 12 to 14 cents higher.
New Crop Yellow Soybeans were steady to 3 cents lower.
New Crop US 2 Soft Wheat was 23 to 30 cents higher.
CORN: Country Elevators---6.00 and *5.06 at Kingstree; *5.27 at Lynchburg;
6.35 and *5.37 at Estill; Processors---No Bid at Orangeburg 1; 6.40 at
Orangeburg 2; 7.20 at Monetta; 7.00 and *5.62 at Sumter; 6.70 and *5.62 at
Cassett.
SOYBEANS: Country Elevators---No Bid at Anderson; 13.82 and *12.52 at Kingstree;
*12.52 at Lynchburg; No Bid at Orangeburg 2; 14.12 and *12.82 at Estill;
Processors---14.57 and *13.08 at Kershaw; Export---No Bid at Vance.
