South Carolina closing cash grain bids as of 3:00 P.M.  Prices delivered 
to country elevators or processors. New crop bids noted with (*).

US 2 Yellow Corn was 2 to 3 cents higher.
US 1 Yellow Soybeans were 8 to 14 cents higher.
US 2 Red Wheat was steady to 4 cents lower. 
New Crop US 2 Yellow Corn was mostly 2 to 6 cents lower, one location 21 lower.
New Crop US 1 Yellow Soybeans were steady to 2 cents lower.


CORN: Country Elevators---*5.53 at Kingstree; *5.53 at Lynchburg; 6.97 and 5.72 
at Estill; Processors---6.87 at Orangeburg 2; No Bid and *6.03 at Monetta; 7.54 and
*6.17 at Sumter; 7.17 and *5.78 at Cassett.

SOYBEANS: Country Elevators---*12.14 at Kingstree; *12.14 at Lynchburg; 14.58 at 
Orangeburg 2; 15.08 and *12.45 at Estill; Processors---15.43 and *12.65 at Kershaw; 
Export---12.50 at Mt. Pleasant.

WHEAT: Country Elevators---5.63 at Anderson; 5.63 at Kingstree; 5.63 at Lynchburg; 
5.64 at Estill; Processors---5.63 at Orangeburg 2; 5.72 at Sumter; 7.75 at Columbia.
