Daily National Grain Market Summary
Grain and soybean bids traded higher after losses posted yesterday. Wheat
and soybeans saw gains on better than expected export sales. Corn was up
slightly despite negative export sales. Weekly export sales for wheat came in
at 618,100 tonnes for the current marketing year and 210,000 for the next for a
total of 828,100 tonnes. Corn export sales data came in at a total of 156,600
tonnes. Net weekly export sales for soybeans came in at 392,000 tonnes for the
current marketing year and 990,600 for the next marketing year for a total of
1,382,600 tonnes. Wheat was 8-13 cents higher. Corn was 1-77 cents higher.
Sorghum was 4-31 cents higher. Soybeans were mostly 8-26 cents higher.
