Ground chuck prices fell $0.02 to $2.94 per pound which is only $0.07 shy of the 27 month high. Ground beef remained steady at $2.39 per pound last month. Choice, boneless round roast prices increased by $0.09 to $4.27 per pound which set a new high for the year.
