Why? So we can have to many large dairies whom get all of the breaks on their purchases. Most of these large dairies are just owned by investors whom get all of the breaks to run the Family run farm off of his dairy because he does not get any of the purchasing breaks of the large dairies. Which by the way are run by mostly illegal immigration workers. Not by real home grown wisconsinites. Cheap labor, non american labor, non farm investment people are not needed to run the price of milk into the ground by overproduction on these large non farm families so called dairies!
