I think significant climate change takes place in very small incriments and difficult to see. The current conditions are part of a cycle that only seems more frequent. We historically have seen wide variation in moisture and temperature but on the average it is currently fairly normal.

Most industrial pollutants are located in China. USA has marvelous controls that exceed common sense standard. currently these standards seriously hamper usage of natural resoucesthat are the wealth of a nation. My choice would be to modify standards rather than increase standards. Lets create effort to ask China to step up.
