A look at the milking system water supply

"Water Supply and Distribution" is the latest installment in the UW-Milk Quality's Milking Systems and Parlor Management Weekly Series.

The installment is a manuscript by Doug Reinemann, professor of biological systems engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In it he discusses water quality, hot water, water source and water distribution as it relates to the milking center.
