Impact of organic management on dairy animal health

A team of researchers finished an investigation of organic and conventional dairy farms to determine whether organic farming practices compromise the animals’ well-being. According to extension.org, despite having fewer organic-approved treatment options available, dairy herds at organic farms had fewer production-related diseases than conventional farm herds.
