Registration is now open for the 73rd Minnesota Nutrition Conference set for September 18 and 19, 2012, at the Holiday Inn, Owatonna, Minn. The Minnesota Nutrition Conference is the upper Midwest’s premier educational event for livestock nutritionists, feed industry professionals, and others who wish to increase their knowledge of beef, dairy, swine, poultry and equine nutrition.
The event kicks off with a pre-conference symposium sponsored by Dupont Industrial Biosciences. “Improving Utilization of Feed” will provide information on uses of new feeding technologies and concepts including applications and uses of feed enzymes, anti-nutrients, substrates, gut health and microflora, and host interactions.
Day one of the conference includes University of Minnesota livestock research updates followed by a welcome reception sponsored by Alltech.
Day two is packed with informative sessions on ruminant and non-ruminant nutrition featuring presentations on the theme “Feed Efficiency Challenges”.
