Forages are an important part of dairy diets.
In episode #158 of the Purdue “Dairy Digest” podcast series, Tamilee Nennich talks about assessing forage supplies.
“Spring is a good time to assess the current supplies of forages available on the farm and to consider if additional forages need to be sourced as we head into the growing season,” says Nennich, a Purdue Extension dairy specialist.
