Making labor the most productive enterprise on the farm

Michigan State University Extension will take a dairy labor training show on the road in late February. The traveling seminar will make three stops throughout Michigan, and will address:

• Farm business success in turbulent times
• Employee involvement in the business
• Quality control  through employees
• Labor management on the expanding enterprise
• Supervisory skills for exceptional employee performance

Dates and locations are:

• Feb. 20-21 – Amway Grand Plaza Hotel, Grand Rapids
• Feb. 22 – Great Wolf Lodge, Traverse City
• Feb. 23-24 – Bavarian Inn and Conference Center, Frankenmuth
