The University of Minnesota Extension dairy team is offering 16 dairy field days this summer. Each field day will feature a farm that has made changes in their management or facilities that are proving to be successful and may be of interest to other dairy producers.
Topics that will be discussed are robotic milking systems, automated calf feeders, custom heifer raising facilities and contracts, transition cow housing and management, bedding management, inter-generational business transfer, forage management and more.
