Pfizer is now Zoetis

Pfizer Inc. recently formed a separate company with its animal health division. Via an Initial Public Offering (IPO) initiated Feb. 1, Pfizer Animal Health became Zoetis Inc., a standalone company dedicated solely to animal health.

Zoetis has a market presence in more than 120 countries around the world, and serves both the companion animal and food animal segments of animal health. Its product offerings include medications, vaccines, diagnostic products and genetics tests.  Among them are Lutalyse®, Dectomax®, Draxxin®, Bovi-Shield Gold®, InforceTM 3, Eazi-BreedTM CIDR® and CLARIFIDE®.
