Poll: How do you typically handle culling of calves and heifers?

We cull fairly heavily (>10 percent) to ensure we have the best-quality replacements.

We cull occasionally (<10 percent) to remove obvious poor-doers.

We rarely cull a heifer calf or older heifer.
