Feed Management Plan Writing workshop set

Feed Management Plan Writing plans to hold a workshop to satisfy NRCS requirements on June 19, 2013. The event will take place at 9:00 am – 3: 00 pm at the Lancaster County Cooperative Extensive Office, 1383 Arcadia Road, Room 140, Lancaster, PA.

The Penn State Extension Dairy Team and the Natural Resource Conservation Service is providing a pre-certified feed management planners who need to become PA-NRCS-qualified plan writers or certified technical service providers.

All plans written from these workshops are eligible for submission to NRCS and the meet the requirements to become a NRCS-qualified plan writer.

The registration is $45. All participants much bring a labtop computer with Microsoft Excel 2007 to the training course.  To register, mail in this form and a personal check, or register online with your MasterCard or VISA.
