Roof protects calf hutches
Winterize your calf hutches
Tires keep calf hutches cool
Elevating calf hutches shows value
to me, an experienced calf caregiver who braves the heat of summer, the cold rains of November, and the blustery winters of Wisconsin...I'd rather put the shavings or straw into the front of the hutch, as the entry is easier, and there are no panels snowed in or frozen down, and I need to be inside the superhutch to distribute the bedding adequately, and I don't want to step over the edge you have left at the bottom of the new opening! These "handy doors" you have manufactured into these hutches are the wrong answer to the wrong question. The right question is this: When is a manufacturer going to design some decent ventilation into a superhutch?
