The NEW FDA Dosatron D14MZ2 – 14 GPM injector was developed for the precise chemical dosing needs in dairy production such as: Supplementation through drinking water; Animal hygiene including udder hygiene and hoof sanitation; Hygiene on the farm such as truck disinfection, entryway wash, sanitation of facility and staff decontamination; Process hygiene; Odor control and Fogging and spraying.
Dosatron discovered a need in dairy production and took the extra step of making sure the parts used in the construction of the D14MZ2 included FDA CFR numbers. The D14 is water-powered so there is no need for electricity, it is simple to use, and includes an exact, easy-to-read ratio adjuster. The Dosatron D14 automatically compensates for changes in water flow and pressure, offering a homogenous solution that is consistent with repeatable results. It also features a metal-free piston and is made from chemical-resistant polypropylene, making it safe to use with most aggressive chemicals.
The D14MZ2-FDA has a flow range of 0.05 to 14 GPM, dilution range of 1:500 to 1:50 (0.2 to 2%), and a pressure range of 4.3 to 85 psi.
The Dosatron D14MZ2-FDA is an innovative design that has many functions within the dairy industry. Its water-powered design saves energy and the precise ratio adjuster controls chemical usage, therefore saving chemical costs. The Dosatron D14MZ2-FDA injector is affordably priced, provides an accurate blend, and is reliable; you just set it and forget it, so there is less down time.
