An accident at an Idaho dairy farm left one worker dead despite efforts by the farm’s owner to revive him.

The incident occurred on Wednesday at a dairy farm in Gooding County, according to the Associated Press. The victim, 43-year-old Higinio Ledesma, was reportedly crushed as the front-end loader he was using to repair a semi-trailer rolled onto him. The dairy owner administered CPR until medical personnel arrived.

This accident marks the second farm-related incident on dairy farms in the past week. Earlier this week, an Indiana man was killed when the bucket of a payloader fell on him.

Dairy farmers are urged to take safety precautions, especially when dealing with machinery, and educate their employees, as well.
