The latest Mercy for Animals (MFA) abuse video shows workers cutting off tails with garden shears, spraying down cows with hoses, and kicking cows in the face. The abuse allegedly takes place on a central Wisconsin dairy, Andrus Dairy, Birnamwood, Wis.

Farm owner Alan Andrus is quoted in the Cleveland Plain Dealer, who carried the story, pictures and video as the milk from the farm eventually makes it to Great Lakes Cheese of Hiram, Ohio.

The alleged abuse was filmed in July and August, during which time MFA contacted authorities, who chose not to press charges.
