Calculate feed costs to manage cash flow

Calculating income over feed cost is the first step in creating a successful cash flow plan. This three-part series – designed specifically for nutritionists – will teach nutritionists how they can calculate their clients’ income over feed cost using the Penn State Income Over Feed Cost Tool, and then use this information to help their clients create and manage a viable cash flow plan for their dairy.

Instructors are Tim Beck, Extension educator, and Virginia Ishler, nutrient management specialist, Penn State Dairy Alliance. Enjoy this no-cost training from the comfort of your own office, via the internet. Hours are: 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. EST, on Dec. 4, 11, and 18.
