PETA protest at N.Y. grocery store
By Dairy Herd news source  |  Thursday, October 22, 2009

An animal-rights activist dumped gallons of floured water (to simulate milk) in front of a grocery store in downtown Syracuse, N.Y., last Thursday.

She also wore a body-screen TV showing of video that purports to show mistreatment of animals at a farm in Pennsylvania.

“You may want to stop drinking dairy after seeing this (video),” PETA worker Virginia Fort told The (Syracuse) Post-Standard. “We want people who go in there and buy milk to know what’s going on behind the scenes of factory farms.”
