• Virtus Nutrition expanded its sales and marketing staff. Bryce Chatt will serve as Great Lakes sales manager, covering Ohio, Michigan and Indiana. Daniel Knoll will serve as Southern sales manager, covering Kansas, Colorado, Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico and Arizona.

Bio-Vet, Inc., added sales representatives to provide additional customer support in three key dairy regions.  Carlos Galdamez was hired as business development manager for California; Heidi Straubhaar was named regional representative for Minnesota and northwestern Wisconsin; and Pete Hausser was named a regional representative in New York, Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Vermont.

Milk Products hired Randal Morris as a national sales specialist. He will be responsible for creating customer value, providing product solutions and training for key accounts across the Midwest and Northeast.

Papillon Agricultural Company hired Clayton Stoffel for the newly created position of Dairy Initiative Project Manager. The program is  designed to provide producers with information for improving nutritional efficiencies.

• Jay Hoffman accepted the position of Midwest Divisional Manager for Agri-Nutrition Consulting LLC (ANC). In this new position, he will train and guide other ANC consultants in the Midwest, and be responsible for new consultant recruitment and support.

H.J. Baker hired Clark Springfield as general manager of the company’s Feed Division.

SCR Dairy hired Jerry Slattery as integration manager, responsible for helping dairy producers implement SCR rumination and heat detection technology and integrate it with milking intelligence.
