In this free webinar, Michael Van Amburgh will discuss protein nutrition, the outcome of amino acid balancing and energetic efficiency. What you will learn: Balancing for amino acids does not always result in additional milk protein, and it might result in more milk volume or milk fat which improves overall energy efficiency since feed intake does not normally increase with those responses. Even with increased protein yield, feed intake does not increase, thus efficiency of use of energy increases.
