ANFO Pacifica Debuts New Single-Phase CIP Detergent

Dairy producers in the western U.S. now have access to a single-phase cleaner that saves water without sacrificing cleaning power.
ANFO, available from ANFO Pacifica, is phosphate-free and has been shown to be effective at removing the toughest buildup in milking systems, including residue from teat sealants. ANFO One effectively removes organic solids, minerals, iron, fats and proteins from milk contact surfaces in milking systems. Its cleaning power helps dairy producers manage bacteria counts (both PI and SPC) at the same level or even better than traditional full-cycle detergents despite using less water.
The advanced cleaning technology of ANFO One single-phase detergent decreases water use by combining the detergent and acid cycles. This reduction of water use also saves energy that would have otherwise been necessary to heat the water. Finally, overall system cleaning time is reduced.
