Flavors Abound at World Dairy Expo

Show winning dairy cows and state of the art equipment get top billing around the grounds at World Dairy Expo, but new flavors of grilled cheese sandwiches have peoples’ mouths watering.

For the first time ever the Badger Dairy Club Cheese Stand added new flavors to the menu with a Featured Cheese of the Day thanks to a sponsorship from the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board.

Each cheese came from a local dairy farm who donated cheese and added a third option to the menu along with the traditional American and Swiss grilled cheese sandwiches.

Here is a list of the flavors being served, where it came from and what day to expect them :

Helping out in the Cheese Stand this year with the Badger Dairy Club was the Collegiate Farm Bureau.

In the Expo Hall attendees can eat some dessert at the GEA Ice Cream Booth ran by local FFA chapters.
